We supply pool equipment and related products for residential and commercial use.

The equipment we supply is carefully selected for performance, reliability, and manufacturer warranty support.

We also offer delivery and professional installation services in selected service areas.

Order Process

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive order confirmation
  • Our team will contact you to arrange delivery and/or installation
  • Orders may be reviewed before acceptance where required (e.g. installation requirements or location suitability)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are supplied or installation is scheduled.

Delivery and Installation

We provide delivery and installation services across:

  • Sydney
  • The Sutherland Shire
  • The Illawarra region
  • Shellharbour and surrounding areas

Delivery and installation times are arranged directly with the customer after purchase and are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe access to the installation site
  • Accurate information about the installation location
  • Any required approvals or permissions

Installation Requirements

Certain electrical or technical equipment must be installed by licensed professionals in accordance with Australian standards.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation by unqualified persons.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of pool equipment and installation services, we generally do not accept change of mind returns once:

  • Products have been delivered
  • Installation has been completed
  • Special-order items have been processed

Approved pre-installation returns may incur restocking fees.

Faulty Products

All goods are covered by Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss caused by misuse or incorrect installation
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or delivery services
