Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery & Installation

We provide local delivery and professional installation services within selected areas of Sydney and surrounding regions.

Delivery & Installation Scheduling

Delivery and installation dates are arranged directly with the customer after purchase and are subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the installation location
  • Accurate site information is provided
  • Any required approvals or permissions are obtained before installation

Installation Requirements

Electrical work associated with pool equipment must be completed in accordance with Australian regulations and, where required, by a licensed electrician.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of supplied and installed pool equipment, we generally do not accept change of mind returns once products have been:

  • Delivered
  • Installed
  • Used
  • Specially ordered

Requests for change of mind returns prior to installation may be considered at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or installation.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase or invoice
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A description of the fault or damage

Where required, products may be inspected and assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and manufacturer warranty procedures.

Installed Equipment

Once equipment has been installed and commissioned, refunds are not available for change of mind.

If an installed product is found to be faulty, we will work with the manufacturer and customer to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with applicable warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
