Sean has been excellent in sorting out my pool heating issues. The heat pump originally installed by the pool builder was totally incapable of heating my 82,000 litre pool/spa. Sean collaborated with EvoHeat to ensure his recommended upgrade would do the job and fit in the tight space available. Since installation the heat pump has performed admirably and as promised. Sean has also successfully sorted out a few of my pump issues and problems. I wholeheartedly recommend Pool care and supply co.

Amazing service and communication from start to finish. Pool Care and Supply Co installed a new chlorinator for us and the whole process was seamless. They turned up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was set up perfectly before leaving. The pool has never run better. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable pool equipment installation or service
Peace of Mind Included
At Poolcare and Supply Co, we supply high-quality pool equipment you can rely on. With so many cheap, unreliable products on the market, we focus on systems that are proven to perform.
With years of hands-on industry experience, we understand how frustrating pool issues can be. That’s why we only recommend and install equipment we trust from real-world use—not just what looks good on paper.
Our goal is to make pool ownership simple and enjoyable. By installing reliable, efficient systems from the start, we help you avoid ongoing problems and reduce long-term maintenance and replacement costs.
Every installation is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty, along with our own workmanship guarantee—giving you complete confidence and peace of mind, supported by a trusted local business.
Your Pool Isn't the problem
Most pools are running outdated chlorinators and systems.
When your system is old or inconsistent, it causes real headaches:
- Cloudy, inconsistent water – old chlorinators, weak pumps, or clogged filters prevent water from circulating and staying clean.
- Constant chemical adjustments – inconsistent sanitisation means you’re always chasing balance instead of enjoying your pool.
- Higher costs – extra chemicals, extra maintenance, and inefficient pumps drive up bills.
- Frustration – your pool should be a place to relax, not a source of stress.
Even with weekly testing and maintenance, outdated filtration and pump systems make it almost impossible to maintain crystal-clear water.
Use your pool the way it was meant to be:
- Clean, clear water with proper circulation.
- Consistent chlorine levels automatically maintained.
- Less maintenance, lower costs, more enjoyment.

We used Pool Care & Supply Co to update our Chlorinator. Sean was very professional and thoroughly explained what needed updated and why??
When it was time to update our pool cleaner we contacted them again and he ran through what was the best cleaner for our pool.
Would definitely recommend.
