Membership Terms
Routine maintenance chemicals required for normal residential pool maintenance are included as part of your membership.
Memberships do not include chemicals or treatments required to rectify neglected pools, major algae outbreaks, stain removal, excessive contamination, abnormal water conditions, equipment repairs, replacement equipment or any work outside normal residential pool maintenance. These services will be quoted separately where required.

Pool Care+ is a subscription-based pool management membership that helps keep your pool healthy all year round. Depending on the membership you choose, you’ll receive professional digital water testing and analysis, routine maintenance chemicals, equipment monitoring, expert advice and, for selected memberships, regular pool servicing.
Is there a joining fee?
Yes. Every new Pool Care+ membership includes a one-off joining fee.
Your joining fee covers your comprehensive Pool Health Check, professional digital water testing and analysis, equipment inspection, personalised Pool Care Plan, initial delivery of your routine maintenance chemicals and complete membership setup.
How are my monthly payments made?
Your monthly membership fee is automatically deducted each month, making Pool Care+ a true set-and-forget service
Are chemicals included?
Yes. Routine maintenance chemicals required for normal residential pool maintenance are included with your membership and delivered directly to your door or professionally applied, depending on your chosen membership.
Do I need to visit the pool shop anymore?
No. Pool Care+ has been designed to eliminate the need for routine trips to the pool shop by providing professional water testing, expert advice and routine maintenance chemicals as part of your membership.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. Pool Care+ memberships have no lock-in contracts. We simply ask that you provide notice if you wish to cancel your membership.
Can I change my membership later?
Absolutely. If your needs change, you can upgrade or change your membership at any time
Is Pool Care+ suitable for all pools?
Pool Care+ is suitable for most residential swimming pools. We’ll assess your pool during your initial Pool Health Check and recommend the membership that’s best suited to your pool and lifestyle.
